I am working on making sales for 8 Ships for a 28mm Pirates Game to be run with my friend Terry at Cangames 2026 in May. Originally I was planning to make a blue and white stripped sail next but as this WIP coincides with St. Patrick's day I just had to make the green and white sail first.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Of the 8 ships 7 were made by my friend John, but he never got around to making permanent sails for them, nor did I for the gally bellow with the grey hull.

The two green and white striped sail were made by gluing together two sides of a Dollarama paper bag with a glue stick. The tan coloured sails are made from muslin fabric / cotton sail cloth. The yardarms are attached to the masts via a hook and eyelet screw system so that sails / yardarms can be switched from full sail to half sail or no sail to accommodate the rules we will be using: Pirates! Miniature Battles on the High Seas v.III by Flagship Games.
The full WIP fleet bellow without sails.
