Finding the identity of this Shelton Rider lead to much more.
I was trying to identify this Unknown 28mm meal skeleton cavalry horn blower rider with spear, the mount is an old plastic Citadel skeletal horse

I found the answer thanks to Giles the Zog on TMP, the Rider was from an Old Grenadier 28mm Undead Legion Skeletal War Mammoth.

You can see the rider on the old OOP Grenadier undead war mammoth is the same as the one on the GW horse in the first picture. I decided an Undead Skeletal Mammoths would work well in SAGA AoM or Kings of War III and and managed to find on eBay / Noble Knight which I just had to buy.
